FAQs

How many invitation suites do I need?

Usually you would send one invitation suite to each household, however if there was another guest living with their parents but is of an appropriate age then you would send them their own suite.

What is semi-custom?

Semi-custom means you can choose from a range of our house designed invitation suites and you are able to change font colours, envelope colours, papers and the text (obviously!).

What is bespoke?

If you have your heart set on an idea or you want something a little more unique then welcome to bespoke design! We work with you to create your dream wedding invitation suite from fonts and colours, custom venue illustrations and monograms to water coloured florals and foliage. We love hearing clients ideas and making them a reality!

What is Day of?

Day of stationery covers all the bits and bobs you need for you wedding day! We offer order of service books, welcome signs, table plans, menus, table names and numbers and escort cards.

When should I send my wedding invitations?

To always be safe, we’d recommend ticking save the dates off your wedding list as soon as you have booked your venue. Ideally you should send your save the dates out between 7 and 12 months before your wedding. For your invitations, at least 12 weeks before your wedding day to give your guests time to send their responses and for you to finalise numbers.

When should I order my wedding stationery?

We’d recommend getting in touch as soon as you’re ready to place an order or just enquire. Like a lot of wedding stationers, production time can vary depending on the size of your order and your type (semi-custom or bespoke) but as a general rule of thumb, our start to delivery of a full semi-custom suite would be 2-3 weeks.

How do I pay?

All our payments will be via bank transfer with account details found on your invoice. We require a 50% deposit before we start the design process and the remaining 50% before your stationery goes to print.
